Some are photographs taken by me, some Public domain photos are collected from the internet those are released to the public domain and some are Ai generated

So Do I have the right to release ai generated works to public domain?

My question to Google Ai Deep research by providing document  [Copyrightrules1957.pdf]. "According to the current law of India who own the copyright for the image generated in Ai? the ai service provider or the person who gave instruction to generate that image? I need a short answer"

The law defines the "author" of a computer-generated artistic work as "the person who causes the work to be created".  Therefore, the user who provides the prompt is considered the author and first owner of the copyright, not the AI service provider, which is treated as the tool used for creation.
